Hall tickets for the upcoming CBSE Board Examinations (Grade 10 & 12) are now ready for collection from the school office. All students must collect their hall ticket in person before May 1st, 2026 with a parent/guardian signature. No student will be allowed into the examination hall without a valid hall ticket.

The Practical Examination timetable for Grade 12 (Science & Commerce streams) has been released. Practical exams begin May 5, 2026. Students must report to respective labs 30 minutes before scheduled time with lab records and student ID.

All Grade 6–8 students participating in the Inter-School Science Fair (May 10, 2026) must submit their project abstract to the class teacher before May 2nd. Project groups may consist of 2–4 students. Topics must be original and related to the CBSE syllabus.

The Pre-Board Examination for Grade 9 and Grade 10 will be conducted from May 12–22, 2026. Detailed timetable is attached. Students are advised to complete all pending assignments before appearing for Pre-Boards. No leave will be granted during exam period.

Sports Day is on May 3, 2026. Grade 3–5 students participating in track & field events must carry their Participation Card issued by the PE teacher. Students without cards will not be allowed to compete. Practice sessions are daily from 6:30–7:30 AM.

The MERIDIAN Summer Reading Program for Grade 1–2 is now open for registration at the school library. Students can borrow up to 3 books per week during summer break. Registration closes May 10, 2026.

Grade 3–5 students are invited to join the MERIDIAN Book Club this summer. Weekly reading challenges with prizes for top readers. Sign up at the library before May 15.

MERIDIAN Summer Camp 2026 is open for registration. Activities include coding, art, robotics, sports, and leadership workshops. Sessions run June 2–20, 2026. Limited seats. Early-bird discount available until April 30.

Term 3 school fees for Grade 6–10 are due by May 10, 2026. A late fee of ₹500 will be applied after the deadline. Payments can be made online via the school portal or in person at the accounts office (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–2 PM).

The Annual Medical Checkup for Grade 1–5 students will be held on May 8, 2026 by certified doctors from Apollo Clinic. Students must bring their School Health Cards. Parents who wish to be present may register at the school office in advance.

Attendance is mandatory for all Grade 10–12 students at the Career Counseling Session on April 30, 2026 (10 AM – 1 PM, School Auditorium). Representatives from top universities and career coaches will be present. Parents are welcome.

Mandatory all-staff meeting to discuss Term 3 results analysis, upcoming exam protocols, and summer schedule planning. All teaching and non-teaching staff must attend. Minutes will be circulated post meeting.

The school library has added 200 new titles across fiction, non-fiction, science, and reference categories. Students can visit the library during free periods or after school (3:30–4:30 PM) to explore new arrivals.

The school has upgraded all 48 systems in Computer Lab 1 with the latest hardware and software. Lab will be open for regular classes from April 28, 2026. Computer Science teachers will brief students on the new setup during class.

Parent-Teacher Meetings for Grade 1 and Grade 2 will be held on May 6, 2026 between 9 AM–1 PM. Each meeting slot is 10 minutes. Please book your slot using the link below. Attendance is mandatory for at least one parent/guardian.

A new weekly Yoga and Mindfulness program for Grade 3–8 students starts May 5, 2026 — every Tuesday and Thursday (7:30–8:00 AM, School Ground). Comfortable clothing recommended. No special enrollment needed.
