📋 Process

How to Apply

A simple 5-step process from inquiry to enrollment. Our admissions team is available to assist at every stage.

Submit Online Application

Complete the online application form below with student details, grade applying for, previous school information, and contact details.

Document Verification

Upload or bring required documents (report cards, birth certificate, transfer certificate, address proof) to the admissions office within 5 working days.

Entrance Assessment

Students applying for Grade 2 and above appear for a written assessment (English, Math, Science) at the school campus. Grade 1 has an informal interaction session.

Offer Letter & Fee Payment

Selected students receive an offer letter within 3 working days. Admission is confirmed upon payment of the registration and first-term fee.

All figures in INR (₹). Fees are payable termly (3 terms). Scholarships available for merit and financial need.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an entrance test for Grade 1?
No. Grade 1 admissions are based on an informal interaction session between the student and the class teacher — no formal written test. We focus on readiness, communication, and curiosity.
Can we apply mid-year if seats are available?
Yes, mid-year admissions are considered on a case-by-case basis subject to seat availability. Please contact the admissions office directly for mid-year inquiries.
Are scholarships available?
Yes. MERIDIAN offers merit scholarships (up to 100% of tuition) and need-based financial assistance. Apply for scholarships during the application process — a separate scholarship form is included.
Is the school transport available?
Yes. We operate GPS-tracked, CCTV-equipped school buses covering 15+ routes across Chennai. Transport fee varies by distance zone. Contact the transport department for route details.
What documents are required for admission?
Required documents: (1) Last 2 years' report cards, (2) Transfer Certificate from previous school, (3) Birth Certificate, (4) Aadhaar Card (student), (5) Address proof, (6) 4 passport-size photos. For Grade 11–12 transfers: Mark sheets from Grade 9/10.
