Dark as molten iron. Notes of espresso, charred oak, and dark chocolate with a velvet finish that lingers like embers.

Sharp as hammered copper. Aggressive citrus hops with a clean, bone-dry finish that cuts clean every time.

Golden like the last light of the forge. Soft wheat body, tangerine zest, and a gentle haze that catches the light.

Aged 14 months in bourbon barrels. Dense, syrupy, and unrelenting — vanilla, coconut, and bittersweet chocolate.

Pillowy, opaque, and relentless. Mango, passionfruit, and pine — the IPA for those who want impact without aggression.

Electric pink, face-puckering, and oddly refreshing. Lactobacillus-forward with a wave of fresh raspberry and lemon zest.

How We Forge
Every Batch

🌾

Malt Selection

We source single-origin malted barley from family farms. Each varietal is roasted in-house to exact Lovibond targets.

Forge Mash

Temperature-controlled mashing at 0.5°C precision. Our custom copper lauter tuns extract maximum fermentable sugars.

🌿

Hop Strike

Wet-hopped with whole flower cones in season. Dry-hop additions at precise temperatures for maximum aroma without grassy notes.

🧪

Cold Ferment

Custom yeast strains propagated in-house. Lagers cold-conditioned for 6 weeks minimum at 34°F for crystalline clarity.

🪣

Barrel Aging

Limited series aged in bourbon, rye, and brandy barrels sourced from Kentucky and Scotland. Minimum 9 months per batch.

Quality Forge

Every batch passes 22-point sensory analysis, forced fermentation tests, and a final blind panel before it sees a tap.

Taproom

3,200 sq ft of raw industrial space inside a reclaimed 1940s foundry. Exposed steel, reclaimed wood, and the hum of fermentation tanks behind glass.
